When will the item be back in stock?
Please contact us at info@mioteq.com if you require a specific product that is out of stock. We will get back to you very quickly with the latest lead time available.
How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping is calculated automatically at the basket checkout. We currently ship to UK addresses using First Class Signed For or UPS Equivalent. If you require shipping to outside of UK, please contact us at info@mioteq.com
What are your opening hours?
Our office opening hours are Weekdays, 8:30AM to 5:30PM, but our online shop is available for orders 24 hours daily.
I have a coupon code, how do I use it?
Please enter your unique coupon code into the box provided in your online shopping Basket page. Then click the ‘Apply coupon’ button to activate the price reduction in your basket.
