Mioteq does not knowingly process or collect data or any other information from visitors under the age of 13. Access to your Personal Data  

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you. This is formally known as a “Data Subject Access Request”.  We will not charge to deal with this request, but if the request is considered to be repetitive or clearly, unfounded Mioteq may refuse it or charge a reasonable fee.  You are entitled to one copy of the personal data we hold about you – if you request additional copies of your personal data, we may charge a reasonable fee for such copies.

When submitting your request, please provide proof of your identity.  We will respond to your request as quickly as possible and within one month of receipt, unless the request is complex, in which case it could take a further two months.

We will only hold your data for as long as is necessary to pursue our legitimate interests (detailed above), provide our services, and protect our business.  We use the following criteria to determine data retention periods of your personal data:
